Our Home Team Cookout Player of the Game last night was Brody Patlan of LC, who scored 5 TDs in a 49-21 win over Glenwood! He rushed 31 times for 189 yards & 4 scores, and caught an 18-yard touchdown pass from Brady Hetzel. Congrats, Brody!

Colorado WR Jimmy Horn was having a rough game, so Deion pulled him aside and gave him an important message.

He told Horn that his dad, who is in prison, was watching him play.

“He’s watching you right now. He wants to clap in front of all his different inmates because he believes in his son. We gonna make pops proud tonight. That’s what we gonna do, because his son is a DAWG.”

Goosebumps. Jimmy Horn went on to catch the game-tying touchdown.
