I have been using the Phone (3) for about 7 months now and since the 4.0 update in December, I've been facing 2 issues, i.e. Green Tint & Black Crush. I have made multiple follow ups with the feedback team.
I am absolutely done with Blue Dart's utterly pathetic and incompetent service holding my Lenovo shipment hostage. This entire nightmare started when the package was completely stuck and held in Patna for 4 long days with zero movement. It didn't budge a single inch until I had to aggressively raise complaints from both the Lenovo end and Blue Dart just to force them to process it. After that massive headache, it finally got connected, but the incompetence only multiplied. What should have been a standard 8-hour transit from Patna to Bhagalpur has now turned into a black hole. It has been 39 hours since my shipment status completely vanished after showing "further connected," with zero updates since. Because they are clearly incapable of delivering it to my address, I repeatedly emailed their customer support simply begging for the exact physical location and address of the Bhagalpur hub so I can just go and pick it up myself. Instead of a human reading the mail and providing a basic address, they keep slapping me with vague, automated, robotic replies that are completely useless. I am trapped in an endless loop where "complaints are being raised" by their system but absolutely no actual resolution is served. Neither are they delivering it themselves, nor allowing me for self-pickup by withholding the facility location. This is absolute harassment.
