@goeasternair yesterday in the flight from jfk to gye was charged $110 for a second bag and carry on bag. A regular rolling carry on bag that they said was “too big” they were doing that to everyone. Beware of overcharges and hidden ridiculous fees.

@interjet it’s been 5 months trying to get a refund for a canceled flight, sent multiple emails and DMs. Im told the department that issues refunds doesn’t have a phone number and there’s no one that can give me an update about my refund. @USDOT this is unacceptable and ilegal.
