@lee_the_vegan Thanks Lee. Still have to persuade people of Shropshire that eating meat is not essential! We had some great feedback and felt we did our own masterclass on making vegan meringues!!
Any tips on double cream substitute other than coconut cream and yogurt.? Txs Alison & Sarah
