For several months, we have chosen not to publicly respond to the repeated attacks targeting our company and our team. We preferred to remain silent, reserving our statements for the legal proceedings we initiated, and allowing the competent authorities to calmly examine the numerous elements in their possession. Yesterday, a new harassment complaint was filed against an individual who, for many months, has multiplied actions aimed at harming our business. We will not disclose all the details at this stage. They are part of ongoing proceedings and will be communicated exclusively to the competent authorities. However, it has now become impossible to remain silent in the face of an escalation that has gone far beyond the scope of a simple disagreement. Over the months, this individual has undertaken numerous actions intended to hinder our development: repeated reports to different authorities, attempts to have our application removed from download platforms, administrative and legal procedures, as well as various actions aimed at disrupting our company's operations. This is nothing less than economic interference, and civil proceedings are currently underway. To date, all of these actions have resulted in no further action being taken by the relevant authorities. The only concrete consequence was the temporary blocking of our Android application, following the acquisition of a trademark that was itself subject to a dispute and for which a complaint regarding an attempted fraud was filed. Despite this, the attacks continue to intensify, with more than fifty publications targeting us on the single day of yesterday. Since October, we had made the decision never to respond publicly. We believed that any reaction would only fuel an already highly conflictual situation. This position changed when these attacks moved beyond the professional sphere and directly targeted my family, and more specifically my daughter. It appears that our lack of public response created the opposite effect, allowing the length of legal proceedings to be used as an opportunity to act without consequences. It is now time to publicly address the false and excessive claims being circulated. The economic damage caused to a company is one thing. Putting a target on two children who have absolutely nothing to do with this situation is something completely different. The reality of this situation is far deeper than what has been made public so far. Blockchain analyses conducted from publicly available data show that two wallets linked to accounts that were frozen at the request of authorities recorded nearly €28,000 in net profits through interactions with the project's ecosystem wallet. We are being openly promised the destruction of our project, along with thousands of users who have asked for nothing and who are now suffering the consequences of these repeated actions. Successive technical team changes have added to the consequences of these repeated actions, maintaining technical difficulties for which this person later has no hesitation in presenting themselves as a victim. Contrary to what is being circulated, we are the victims in this situation. Unlike the actions being taken against us, we have chosen to seek recognition of this through legal procedures before authorities who are far more qualified to judge these matters than the court of public opinion where this conflict is currently being played out. Multiplying statements that we dispute, smear campaigns, and personal attacks, while refusing to accept responsibility for one's own actions, appears to be the strategy. For our part, we will continue to trust the justice system for the three individuals currently targeted by our complaints. All the evidence and information available to us will be provided exclusively to the competent authorities and, when the time comes, presented before civil courts in order to seek compensation for the damages suffered. Unfortunately, we do not believe that financial compensation alone could truly make up for the extent of the damage caused. The economic loss is significant, but it is only part of the problem. What we are seeking today is a firm response to actions that have, in the past, already contributed to the disappearance of several ecosystems before ours. The method unfortunately appears to repeat itself: the same actors, the same mechanisms, the same attempts at destabilization. But this time, there is one major difference: our resilience. The strategy appears clear: create enough damage before legal proceedings reach their conclusion, in the hope that nothing will remain to rebuild once justice has delivered its decision. But our story will not end here. As my beloved club says: Stand. Always. We never wanted to communicate publicly about this matter. But our silence must no longer be interpreted as weakness or acceptance. The facts currently under investigation by the justice system are serious. As long as these personal attacks continue, we reserve the right to inform our community publicly of their existence, while allowing justice to determine the responsibilities of each party. Our priority will always remain the same: Protect our team, our community, and above all, our families.
