As someone who is incredibly grateful to have secured B reserve tickets for Melbourne on Saturday - I think the Ticketek experience could be improved going forward. It starts with transparency on your line number in the queue. It truly felt like a random lottery #ticketek

Have all your personal details and card ready - even though I was logged in, it logged me out so had to resign again. GOOD LUCK!!
