The only advice I can give you, if you ever pick this series back up in the future, is to watch up to episode 15; if you like it, power through to episode 18, and then decide.
For some, myself included, these are among the best episodes in the entire isekai genre.

@ValyrianInk @animetv_jp Yes! Re:Zero Seasons 2 and 3 have their own good things, they’re excellent seasons for different reasons, but obviously, it depends on your personal taste.
Season 4 is pure cinema.

Everyone has their own opinion.
Personally, I’d say that the fact Subaru was such an insufferable character, especially in the first season, was one of the best creative choices I’ve ever seen; it really paid off through the character development of not just Subaru, but other characters as well through the seasons that followed.
I’m not sure how much of the anime you’ve watched, but perhaps we could discuss it in more detail 👍
