My beautiful mother passed this morning. I am so thankful for the hospice team who called me early today so I could be with her as she took her last breaths. I’ve had other relatives pass but losing your mother is an altogether different level of pain. The two things she loved most: her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and her family. Her love ran deep.

I haven't been as active on X lately due to terrible news I got from my last hospital stay. I was told I may have two years to live because of my pancreatitis and liver disease. I have been in constant agonizing pain since last November. In and out hospitals. It has truly been hell.

My wife also passed away from pancreatitis over a year ago at age 40. She was found by our 10 year old son. Now I'm being told the same is likely going to happen to me, but I'm trying to fight it. I don't want to go anywhere until my son is grown. I want to watch him thrive and become successful!

Hell of a way to turn 40, being told I'll be gone likely in two years. But I am going to try not to let it take me over and continue being myself. So pray for me, give me the strength to fight! 🙏
