@happybhai0 Given me the same default reply of them checking their cctv. The same reply for everyone with same issue. No refund as per them case close. What a shame these people are. No one should shop with them.

There is this scam going on in h&m warehouse. If you check their page. It is full of same reply on the same issue faced by multiple people from delhi NCR. It's a shame that we don't have an easy channel to held them accountable. I've never had this issue with any online shopping.

Don't shot with h&m online app. They took one week to deliver incorrect product from gurugram to noida and now wants 1 months for refund. What a scam

@hm_custserv I reached out to h&m customer service again twice after the post. Your picked up item is in transit. Item picked up from noida is in transit to delihi for over 4 days. No refund initiated. Most 3rd class CS and online shopping experience. Do not shop online I repeat
