there was no walking into shops or pitching anyone in person involved

heres what i actually did at 18 with no money no connections and no experience:

step 1: picked a service businesses actually need (cold email systems that book sales calls)

step 2: bought 300 email inboxes for a few hundred quid and signed up to a sending platform for $97/month

step 3: waited 14 days for warmup. used that time to scrape 10,000 leads from twitter, apollo, and store leads

step 4: wrote a 3 line email:

- line 1: something relevant to them
- line 2: an offer so good they feel stupid saying no
- line 3: "reply yes and ill send more details"
- PS: social proof from a similar company

step 5: hit send on 4,500 emails a day. every single day.

step 6: every positive reply got a phone call within 10 minutes. not an email back. a phone call. booking rate went from 7% to 68% just from calling instead of replying

step 7: everyone who booked a call but didnt close got re-emailed 3 months later. 8.3% reply rate on "dead" leads. some of my best clients came from this

step 8: scaled to 10,000 emails a day once the first system worked. bought more inboxes. same script and offer. just more volume.
