@SWHannahAuthor Humans and dragons are the only races born with souls, immortal souls at that, all others create them via absorbing ambient magic. There aren't many other classical races, most would be variants of the two, made by the races themselves or the forces of nature that war constantly.

@QEisenacher I maintain a specific release schedule specifically to combat this. I end up doing nothing at all otherwise, because things have to be Perfect. But with my book release schedule, I'm reduced to putting out whatever book I was able to write that year.

@dedbutdrmng Read The Bone Ships. Absolutely blown away by your ability to worldbuild while mostly restricted to a single ship. The jargon being invented, yet easy to figure out. Masterclass in providing just the amount of information the reader needs. 5/5 rotting dragon bones.
