Our novel readout scheme for solid-state spin systems has just been published! It enables efficient noise cancellation and few-pixel imaging without the need for a camera—relying solely on AOMs commonly found in most experimental setups.

@Bucherlab and I really enjoyed the ISMAR-ENC dinner at the aquarium. It’s not just aquarium, very artistic. Lovely, precious time…
It was such a wonderful week to meet many great scientists. Many thanks to the organizers and hope to see you all again soon!
Dominik will give a talk on the ENC conference next week (Monday at 4 PM). He will be presenting our recent NMR work, along with some exciting unpublished results on novel optically addressable spin systems! Please feel free to reach out if you would like to discuss with him.
Researchers developed #NuclearSpin microscopy, a new type of #microscopy using #QuantumSensors. A specially prepared diamond chip converts nuclear #MagneticResonance signals into optical signals, enabling high-resolution #imaging: https://t.co/BuTvxfyRSW 🔬

BRAVE PEOPLE WANTED for a postdoctoral researcher position and two PhD studentships at the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel, working on artificial intelligence methods in magnetic resonance and quantum optimal control of spin systems in the research group of Prof Ilya Kuprov. The positions are open to applicants from anywhere in the world. To start the application process, send a CV to [email protected]
@Ella_Maru Dear Ella, thanks for your comment – that would be a bit too simplified. In our application we were limited by heating, but keep in mind this is an experimental setup, and several solutions could help mitigate this issue.
Check out our latest paper on extending the detection range of quantum sensors for radio wave signals! By using continuous dynamic decoupling sequences, we detect frequencies ~10x higher than conventional pulsed methods.
