A6: We do a lot of "5 second celebrations" during lessons and work, but we also have right on targets. I do a class bingo board and WBT class tallies. I think we could work more on recognizing teachers and the great work they do every day. #gfedchat

A5: I feel like we as teachers are finally being heard about a lot of different things. Because so much goes into decisions that are made, we aren't always aware of how our input impacts those decisions. I think it would be powerful and help morale if we did know! #gfedchat

A4: Closing and morning meetings, lots of student voice in choices we make in our room. I always talk to them first before making a change. Lots of Plan Bs and problem solving individually and as a class, forming positive relationships with students comes first! #gfedchat
