SOLUTION TO NIGERIA INSECURITY

(1) Divide Nigeria into 100 states and fct

(2) Each state should have not less than 100 local govt,

(3) Each state and lg shall have a police force,

(4) Each lg shall have a data of people residing in the lg for effective policing

The 100% export duty will help us recover money lost by selling crude oil below international price to the refiners

Simple solution,

Sell crude oil to local refiners at the cost of producing the crude ($30 per barrel)

The refineries will add their refinery cost & logistics and sell to the citizen
