@adamscochran In current KY law, the Governor sets the timing of a special election subject to certificates of nomination being filed 56 days before the election. The "three-month" rule was repealed.
In any case, McConnell's staff are probably anxious to keep the gravy train running.
@SamaHoole Dr. Atkin's "New Diet Revolution" book was what started me on low carb back in the late '80s. It started me down the rabbit hole a questioning mainstream nutrition dogma. #1 self-improvement book IMO.
@R_A_Belcher DOGE demonstrated how AI and other tools can be used to detect fraud. It also reminded us how there is an entire fraud industrial complex intent on protecting it.

@David_Khait According to MARTA's own website, they have over 300 sworn police officers. While some of these are plainclothes officers, pretty much the only time I see any officers are in MARTA squad cars driving around town.

@CaryKelly11 I typically buy the "freshly ground" chuck at my local grocery. I wonder what the chances are that it's not all ground chuck? It's 80/20 and pretty tasty for smashburgers. Part of the appeal for me is that it's also fairly inexpensive, and I can buy just what I need.

@POTAActivator Man, I can remember driving on the FL turnpike during love bug season. It's mesmerizing until you stop to see and smell the carnage. Yuck.
@scottmcnealy Don't forget better music, better movies, and the ability to somewhat live in peace in-the-moment without the constant interruption of slack messages or texts. Every generation laments change but everything is different now.
