@amazon @amazonhelp I was wondering why your customer service staff's new policy is promise the world, never deliver and then let the next customer service person do the same. Placating a customer is not customer service. It's a recipe for losing customers.

@USPSHelp @USPS Good to know that a package sent from 10-15 miles away takes over 6 days to get here as it seems to be lost in transit and a package that arrived at my local post office yesterday more still isn't out for delivery. USPS, where quality service is an oxymoron.

@USPS @USPSHelp Thank you for allowing your delivery drivers to lie every time they make an error to blame their mistakes on the customer. A driver forgot to deliver a package, then lied saying there was no access, when they dropped 2 packages off already. Shame on you.

@USPS thank you for being so utterly incompetent. I just had a package take 9 days to go from the Fairburn Georgia center to get to the... Fairburn Georgia center. It's good to know our tax dollars work so well.

@USPS @USPSHelp Put in EMail request abt a pkg & my local PO called me saying it was "being processed" in an area PO. That's the info on the USPS website. Asked if they can contact this other PO to see why it's been delayed & the reply? "No, we don't have their phone number."
