@RicardoIRdz @LatinXChem @LondonMetCPS About the efficiency of the protocol, how many mmoles are you able to produce of 3a in 4 hours ? While the size of the CSTRs limited our ability to scale up the reaction, we successfully produced gram-scale quantities, achieving up to 15 mmol (just over 3.5 grams) in 4 hours.

DBN only gets recycled for the hydroxyphosphonate, but for the substituted aryl phosphate and the aryl phosphate it gets completely utilised in the reaction.
