Boooom! BootCamp is back and what a marvelous morning to have it. Awesome session back at BootCamp with a lot of the old gang. One basic exercise filled most of the session , and I think it did the trick - how are you feeling BootCampers????

Well.. there's obviously some strong brains out there as BootCamp was successfully deciphered from our cryptic clues! This BootCamp comes with a twist as it's based around modified strongman exercises and will work the WHOLE body. Let's hope Karen will be there, she crazy!!!

ASTRO PITCH UPDATE - The snow has now cleared and our astro pitch will be open as normal tonight.

Unfortunately after trying to get the astro playable for tonight, we still have 2" of snow on the pitch and with the cold weather predicted, for the safety of our customers we are not opening the astro pitch tonight. Sorry for any inconvenience.

ASTRO UPDATE - We have taken a look at the astro pitch and it is slowly melting. We are going to take another look at 4:30pm and make a full decision then.
