@CoachSwit Colleges chase 92–98 arms b/c velo = projection, draft upside, and K potential. The assumption: you can teach command later. But many 95 arms never learn to pitch. Meanwhile, 87–90 guys w/ command, 3–4 pitches, and real pitchability can win games. Velo = tool. Pitching = skill.
