It would have been painted black sometime in the past. There's a new hydrant in the pavement in front of the hotel. This post will be looked at soon.

Thanks to @markh177 for identifying an issue with one of our hydrants, our @Bucksfire Hydrant Technician was able to ensure it's now visible for our ops crews to use. A reminder for businesses; can you identify local hydrants which we would use if there's a fire on your premises?
