@AndrewMK46 @Bucksfire @markh177 I've had it confirmed that this is a legacy marker post that refers to a hydrant that is now underneath the road junction. It would have been painted black sometime in the past. There's a new hydrant in the pavement in front of the hotel. This post will be looked at soon.
