The Bucks County Register of Wills and Clerk of Orphans’ Court will be closed Monday, June 19th in recognition of Juneteenth, a holiday commemorating June 19, 1865, on which enslaved African-Americans in Galveston, Texas, were informed of their freedom following the Civil War.
