@liam_fowler I think any national team is a different kettle of fish to club football.. especially as far as I know, the identity of football is set at a higher level than the head coach and is consistent across all the youth levels. I’d be worried if we went with Carsley.

@Kieran_H24 @bcfcEJ The majority of the players joined the academy before he started with the academy. I’d say the impact of his recruitment can probably be judged by the quality coming through in the past few years and coming up now.
