@ShitpostRock Morrowind had a lot of empty space but it also had cool things worth finding sprinkled in so that exploration felt rewarding. It was big enough that there was a lot you could only find by wandering where quests didnt send you. Most are just illusion of freedom, though.

@missusmummy The way I described it to warn people about it before I whipped the accent out was letting them know that the "home is where you make it" guy from Joe Dirt is only like a 6/10 and one of my dad's friends I had to deal with was an 8/10. 10/10 is like Farmer Fran from Waterboy.

@BallyBroadBips I sounded like Harvey Fierstein huffed dry sand before the session. Running Alkenstar was easy because my default throwaway voice is usually some level of southern or western. But it's nice to pick up a bunch of voices and personalities and get out of your own head.
