Once again NO kids to be seen and 3 BMW’s and a Range Rover parked outside. FRAUD. Jesus is Watching from a Distance Just like Jesus' disciples, we often find ourselves in situations where we feel alone, navigating the turbulent waters of life. Remember how Jesus instructed His disciples to get into the boat, while He went up the mountain to pray (Matthew 14:23-36)? They were in the boat, sailing across the sea, while Jesus was in the mountain, praying and watching over them from a distance. The Bible says, "And when He had sent the multitudes away, He went up on the mountain by Himself to pray. Now when evening came, He was alone there" (Matthew 14:23, NKJV). He was alone, praying for them, watching over them, and waiting for the perfect moment to intervene. Meanwhile, the disciples were in the middle of the sea, distressed by the waves, struggling to row against the wind (Matthew 14:24). But Jesus saw them, and He knew their struggles. He didn't abandon them; He was watching over them from a distance and He came to their rescue, walking on the water to reach them (Matthew 14:25-33). This story teaches us that even when Jesus seems distant, He's always watching over us, praying for us, and waiting for the perfect moment to intervene. He's the Master of the universe, the One who calms the storms and walks on water. When we're in trouble, He appears, and His presence brings peace, comfort, and rescue. The Bible says, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1, NIV). He's always watching, always caring, and always ready to help. Remember, He promised, "I will never leave you nor forsake you" (Hebrews 13:5, NKJV). Not sometimes, not maybe, but ALWAYS! So, when the waves of life threaten to overwhelm you, when the winds of adversity blow strong, and when fear starts to sink you, fix your eyes on Jesus. He's watching, He's praying, and He's coming to your rescue. You're not alone; He's with you. You're not abandoned; He's watching over you. And when you cry out for help, He'll appear, and His presence will bring calm to the storm. Keep trusting, keep believing, and keep pressing forward.
