Dr. Safaa Eraky, MD, is a psychiatric consultant, and director of Psychological Services Centre and she explained the nature and function of sleep, benefits of good sleep, hazards of disrupted sleep on general and mental health, and concluded with tips for sleep hygiene.

Dr. Safaa is a certified cognitive-behavioural therapist from both the Egyptian Association of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, Philadelphia, USA.
