Today, we’re launching Parental Controls as an optional tool that allows parents and guardians to manage the Twitch experience of their teens ages 13-17 with key settings:
📺 Manage visibility of certain content via CCLs
🎥 Prevent from going live
📬 Disable DMs (Whispers)
⏱️ Set daily time limits
Our goal is to continue to empower parents and guardians to make informed choices for their families and ensure teens have a fun, safe experience on Twitch.

GOG makes another statement on digital video game ownership🚀
“There's a reason California’s digital ownership law didn't apply to GOG: when you buy a game here, you actually get to keep it.”
Formerly, they also stated:
“Download the offline installer of any of your games on GOG, save it to a disc, and it's yours forever. You don't need a storefront's permission to play what you bought.”
✅GOG is known for their DRM-free games which become yours once you buy them
✅They allow you to download offline installers for every game, and even copy it on a disc to keep it forever
Much respect to GOG for being on the right side of history and respecting gamers🫡
Keep up the pressure!

‼️ The European Commission has allowed a citizens' initiative demanding EU law keep digital ID and age verification voluntary, privacy-preserving and non-discriminatory for accessing online services.
The initiative called 'Stop Killing The Internet: No Digital ID & No Age Verification' now needs 1 million signatures across at least 7 member states within 12 months. Once the target is hit, Brussels must formally answer, right as it rolls out the EU Digital Identity Wallet and pilots its age-verification app.
The EU’s highest court has ruled that VPNs are legal tools, and VPN companies cannot be blamed simply because users employ them to bypass geo-blocks.
The ruling stems from a copyright case involving Anne Frank’s writings.
A Belgian website published some of her manuscripts online but blocked visitors from the Netherlands, where parts of the work remain protected by copyright until 2037.
Anne Frank’s rights holders argued the site was still breaking the law because users could bypass the block with a VPN.
The court disagreed and ruled that a website using effective geo-blocking cannot be held responsible if some users circumvent it with a VPN.
The judges also affirmed that VPNs are legitimate privacy tools.
I wish after collecting all the P-Switches, medallions, and panels in Mario Kart World free roam, that this vehicle would be an unlockable reward. 🌟
Bowser being awesome here as usual.❤️
Pretty much everyone wants dislikes back. YouTube won’t bring them back because YouTube Rewind got so many dislikes.
Companies making unpopular decisions also got spammed with dislikes, so YouTube made the corporate decision of removing a crucial piece of feedback

If you needed more proof that this IS NOT GOING AWAY, here you go.
Sony tried to pay off media outlets to make it look like the outrage was dying down.
It didn’t work.
They have to answer to investors on September 30th.
Hopefully the CEO and execs get axed.
Keep fighting!
Mess with the bull, get the jaws 🦈
The Super Bull Bull Shark charges in with the final Super Summer Royale challenges and rewards. Finish them by July 31st!
They have all shown their true colors this generation🚀
✅PlayStation: wants to end physical media, and player ownership, 2nd hand market and create a monopoly, all that after wasting a whole generation on live service slop and cross gens, and shutting down studios.
✅Nintendo: creating slop with graphics from 3 generations ago for $80 on some games and thinks government tariff refunds are theirs while they’re happy to rob players.
✅Xbox: barely any games for a whole generation, decisions made on the fly without any real plan, creating a low end console that detailed this generation and glazing game pass which cost many studios their livelihood since they cultivated the mentality of not buying games.
All of that, and they’re all projecting their failure onto players, blaming them for their own shortcomings as if we owe them something.
Enough is enough!
We decide what’s worth our money.
No other industry is as entitled as the creative side of the gaming industry.
Just because it’s entertainment doesn’t mean we should accept the lowest standards, no respect, and an ever-shrinking value.
Speak loud
Fight for the value your see fit
You got the money, you got the power
