It could involve tagging & restrictions.Some action must be taken after the Tories allowed prisons to become over crowded. As l9ng as serious offenders remain behind bars, jail could be switched to a more constructive punishment.

Thatcher sold off anything of value to the country depriving us of valuable income and resorces unless we bought in that which we previously owned. For any refugee to claim asylum they must physically be in the UK. This simply encourages illegal crossings
