Members of the WNY Chapter of the PFRA met up Friday night at the @BuffaloHistory museum to hear @FredSmerlas talk about his playing days and the current NFL.
It was during this week in 1983 that #TheNatural began filming in Buffalo!⚾ The production crew for this baseball film starring Robert Redford filmed at several locations around Buffalo including War Memorial Stadium.🎞️

In our collection we have a 137-year-old piece of cake from the occasion! The "groom's cake" was handed out as a wedding favor to the Clevelands' guests.
Grover Cleveland and Frances Clara Folsom wed on June 2, 1886. It was the first time a president married at the White House.
