A six-hour mint on OpenSea. Each NFT is a wallet. People pay ETH or any token into those wallets. The last person to pay before the clock dies takes a pot. Everyone who has ever paid keeps a cut of whatever comes in next.
THE MINT
Six hours. The price doubles every hour.
Hour 1: 0.001 ETH Hour 2: 0.002 Hour 3: 0.004 Hour 4: 0.008 Hour 5: 0.016 Hour 6, public: 0.032
Minting early is the cheap way to own a table. Waiting an hour costs twice as much for the same NFT.
WHO GETS PAID
When someone mints: half goes to Wizard holders, half to the creator. Immediately.
When the NFT sells later: there is a 10% royalty. That royalty splits the same way. Half to Wizards, half to the creator. The seller keeps the rest.
When someone pays ETH or a token into a table, that payment is cut on the spot:
30% sits in the pot for whoever is in front when the clock hits zero. 50% is shared by everyone who already holds a key for that game, proportional to their keys. 10% goes to the house. 10% goes to whoever owns that NFT right now. Sell the NFT and this cut goes with it.
One payment hits two games at once, so the 30% and the 50% are divided between them. The owner’s 10% and the house’s 10% are paid once.
HOW A GAME WORKS
ETH is its own game. Every other token is its own game. Each of those is played twice: once on that single NFT, and once across every NFT.
The first payment of that asset opens a one-hour clock on both boards. Another payment does not restart the hour. Inside the last five minutes, it adds one minute. That is the whole defense against sniping.
The clock dies. The last payer on that board takes the pot. The next payment starts a new hour.
Keys do not reset. One successful payment is one key, and that key keeps earning the 50% on every future payment in that same game, round after round. The key is assigned after that payment’s 50% is handed out. You do not earn a cut of your own payment.
Paying from the NFT back to itself does not count. The payment has to come from outside.
HOW IT PLAYS
Three bets are stacked on one transaction.
The pot pays the person who is last. A payment with half an hour still on the clock does not make you last. It feeds the keys and the owner. The pot is worth contesting in the last five minutes, when your payment buys one extra minute and the lead.
The key is the other bet. Early payments are how you get into the 50% before the deposits get big. Once the game is busy, a new key is a smaller slice of a larger pipe.
The NFT is a toll. Ten percent of everything external that lands on that table goes to its owner, forever, including payments aimed at the global board. A busy table is worth more than a quiet one. That is why the mint gets more expensive every hour.
Minters are paid for being early. Keyholders are paid for volume. The NFT owner is paid for traffic to their table. The last payer is paid for staying in the chair when the clock is almost done. Wizard holders are paid on the mint and on every resale, whether or not they ever touch a table.
