Under instructions from Museveni, she had come to make sure that the Coffee Amendment Bill goes through by hook or crook—leave alone the fact that she should ordinarily be a neutral presiding officer for the House. Here she is mobilising for the support of one side of the debate. With all the crimes she continues to commit, she continues to be shielded by Gen. Museveni and his criminal regime. Buganda is not a #Tribe, it's a #Nation!
Many tribes were united by King Kintu to form Buganda more than 800years ago and this continued to the present day. That's why anybody who embraces the Ganda culture and values can become Muganda.
Any historian can challenge me on this.
