How many toxic pesticides are necessary? None. I am a licensed pest control advisor, co-owner of Rincon-Vitova Insectaries, my experience over 40 years is that we can control all of the pests of all of the crops in the US using biological control and low risk organic pesticides.

Biden has called for a moon shot to reduce cancer. A good place to start is by removing the registration of all the toxic, cancer causing pesticides. EPA is a captured agency that in effect, promotes the use of toxic pesticides, by maintaining the registration status.
