@nb_Snowgoose @ShropshireUnion @CRTWestMidlands Starks Bridge is maintained (I use the term loosely!) by Shropshire Council as it is a Scheduled Ancient Monument. It would be worth reporting it to them if you can. CRT may be responsible for the channel, not sure where the responsibilities lie.
