This project is also a lot more unique compared to other games currently seen in Holo Indie, which contributed to my decision to shift my focus. It'll still have Korone and platforming, though! Sorry if this is disappointing news, but it's what makes the most sense for me to do.
Sorry about the lack of updates! Development on on DGD has become very slow and difficult, especially since I can't work as much as before. But, the game isn't dead! However, the past month, I've spent my time focused on an old secret side project instead. (1/3)
This other project of mine is something that can be developed SIGNIFICANTLY faster than DGD. What 2 years of work got done on DGD, 2 WEEKS of work got done on this project. When I realized how much more efficiently I can work on this, the choice became obvious to me. (2/3)
@LinneLover69 Once the first stage is done and I let the game make save files, I was going to put together a demo, and probably a second demo later also including the third stage. I'll look at feedback for it once that's done.
@RetroGamerDude_ There's gotta be something like that for replay value, this game's only going to be 6 stages long, but that's something I'll figure out once I'm getting close to finished with the main levels.
