Change is hard. We have had the privilege of working with clients trying to create more inclusive cultures. One thing we're seeing is the difficulty leadership can face in really hearing and responding to feedback related to diversity, equity, and inclusion (1)
...To achieve they change they want:
👉🏽 It can bring up embarrassment.
👉🏽 It can be hard to understand a new and totally different perspective.
👉🏽 It can be scary.
