Agent Periodic Lab 是我 Build 100 计划的第 57 个项目，也是我第一次全流程做一个完整的产品，直接和大家互动。

整个项目都是用 @grok 的 Grok Bot 和 Cursor 做出来的。（最让我惊艳的是，可以在 Grok Bot 里指挥它去操作 Cursor。）

这也是我第一次一个人当 manager。尝试着将一切运营交给agent 全自动驻守。但每次更新时，就算在 AI 这么强的今天，一个人要把思路理清楚还是很难，还得时刻提防 Agent 的幻觉。没有粉丝、没有资金，从零冷启动，让我在账号运营和发币的经济逻辑，甚至作为一个管理者面对多重复杂信息的处理上学到了很多。（建议所有想用好AI的人都尝试建站并运营一个账号，建立个人IP,其收益远比表面得到的多）

总之，接下来这个号会把精力放回 Build 100，Lab 之后的进展会转到 @BuildHundred 。

后续我也会将Grok bot在Lab上的全流程账号运营作为Build 100的一个项目进行。
