From policymakers to builders, the room was buzzing with people exploring how blockchain moves from theory into real utility.

🔥 CONVICTION 2026 – DAY 1 RECAP

The first day of Conviction 2026 has officially come to a close — and “exciting” may not even begin to capture everything that happened today. From the main stage to every experience zone, Conviction truly became a place where policy, technology, businesses, and communities came together.

A day of major milestones 📍

Conviction 2026 was honored to welcome the Deputy Prime Minister, leaders from ministries and government agencies, and the Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, who joined us, delivered keynote remarks, and took part in the official opening ceremony, marking the beginning of a national-scale technology event.

On stage, important discussions explored regulatory frameworks and development policies for Blockchain & digital assets, tokenization, stablecoins, AI Agents, and the future of the digital economy, bringing together policymakers, experts, and leading industry voices.

Day 1 was also marked by significant milestones in collaboration, including the signing ceremony between Ninety Eight and Chống Lừa Đảo, aimed at building a safer digital environment, as well as the signing ceremony between EIC and Busan Techno Park, continuing the longstanding sister-city relationship between Ho Chi Minh City and Busan and opening new opportunities for a digital corridor between the two cities.

And of course, Conviction was about much more than conversations on stage!

HNGLE brought the crowd an emotional musical break with three hit songs, “Buông,” “Không Buông,” and “Tìm Em”, while Hoàng Dũng, the artist behind “Nàng Thơ,��� also joined fans for an exciting meet-and-greet at the FANOS booth.

The exhibition area was just as lively, with bustling tech booths, engaging minigames, and plenty of exciting prizes. What did you manage to win today? Share your haul in the comments!

We want to address the recent update regarding VIC's listing on Binance.

As part of Binance's routine review cycle, VIC's listing will be wound down based on their internal criteria. This decision does not reflect any change in the project's fundamentals or operations.

Viction has been live on mainnet for 8 years. The network continues to operate, the team continues to build, and a network upgrade is on the way. None of that changes because of an exchange decision.

Here's what we're doing:
→ We remain in close contact with our existing exchange partners. Operations continue as normal.
→ We're working on initiatives to ensure a smooth trading experience across our supported platforms.
→ We're actively working to expand to additional trading venues and strengthen liquidity across multiple platforms - reducing dependency on any single exchange.
→ The development roadmap remains on track and unaffected.

Exchanges are distribution channels. They don't define the protocol. Eight years of continuous uptime, the technology, and the builders and community around Viction do.
