This is how our Southeast children spent their summer holiday!
The best part? It was completely free for every single one of them regardless of their family backgrounds.
We are deeply committed to preparing our children for the future, with a clear vision to lead the African workforce in 10 years.
This is just the beginning, the future is ours to build now!
Our first drone test flight worked, although it crash-landed. But tomorrow, our stars will improve it and perfect it.
This is the real definition of education for me. Every child has been so engaged, deeply involved, and super excited to learn and create things.
They are applying the knowledge of maths and science to create something meaningful.
The future is looking exciting.
This morning, our stars have made progress with their drones. Low cost drones for security and hospitals in the South East.
Some of these children are from remote villages, and you can see how exceptional they have become with little access.
I thank Rainbow Bridge College Enugu for this partnership with ISEE. They will be the first true technical school that aligns with our mission in the South East.
Our future is exciting.
Our young engineers presented to guests how much progress they have made building the drones.
They are our hope for tomorrow’s African industrial civilization.
One of the things we’re working on at the bootcamp is a drone delivery system.
This week we moved part of that idea from CAD into the physical world with the first 3D-printed version of our delivery capsule.
Still an early iteration. There are dimensions to refine, mechanisms to test and plenty of engineering decisions ahead.
But this is exactly the process I want the students to experience: design, build, test, find what doesn’t work, then improve it.
More iterations coming.
Really enjoyed walking the parents through some of the components, systems and builds we’ll be working with over the next few weeks.
The goal goes beyond teaching students how drones, robotics or other technologies work. We want them to understand these systems deeply enough to look at real problems around them and start thinking about how to build solutions.
I appreciate the warm welcome, sir, and the opportunity to be part of this.
Looking forward to the next few weeks getting hands-on with drones, CAD, cybersecurity, and the engineering behind these systems.
Excited to teach, build, and learn along the way.
Kayode Williams built a drone from scratch, and he is just 20 years old.
He arrived in Enugu today and will be with us for the next 4 weeks to teach our children how to make real-life drones from scratch during the bootcamp.
What we want to solve is making low-cost drones to improve security in the East and also to dispatch emergency items like pallets, drugs, and other supplies.
These 4 weeks are going to be hot in Enugu.
We have geniuses hidden everywhere, and we will create millions of them in a few years.
Today, Kayode Williams, Chizoba and other expert trainers gave parents a detailed walkthrough of what their children will be drilled on over the next 3 weeks in Enugu, starting on Monday.
The students will learn how to make low-cost drones for use in medical emergencies and also for improving security in the region.
They will also learn hardcore Robotics and AI. They will also learn how to diagnose a car, service a car, fix brake pads, dismantle a full car, and put it back together while understanding how it works.
This intensive bootcamp is free. We selected the top 40 students from the last South East Maths Olympiad in Enugu.
The future of our children gets me excited.
I work across robotics, software, drones, embedded systems, cybersecurity and CAD.
Different fields, same curiosity.. understanding how systems work and figuring out what I can do with them.
Figured it was time I started documenting more of the work, experiments and lessons along the way.
