Nifty’s Update
Earlier this year, mindful of our limited resources in a difficult market, we pivoted to developing a platform for Web3 creators. Since then, we’ve been heads down building our new product and working on opportunities to access the capital required to keep building. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, the investment opportunities we were working on didn’t pan out, and we now find ourselves at the end of our runway. As a result, and with a heavy heart, we are winding down our operations as of today.

We know many of you have collected NFTs released on Nifty’s for projects like The Matrix Avatars, Looney Tunes: What’s Up, Block?, Game of Thrones: Build Your Realm and Bullet Train. Over the past several weeks, we’ve done our best to ensure those projects could live on, even if things didn’t work out for Nifty’s. We decentralized all the NFT media and redistributed the NFTs on the Polygon blockchain, unless they were already on Ethereum. For Warner Bros. projects, we encourage you to follow the individual program handles on Twitter (@BuildYourRealm, @LooneyTunesNFT, @matrix_avatars) for updates. And for anyone with NFTs in a Nifty’s wallet, including Space Jam: A New Legacy and Shark Week, please follow these instructions to export your private keys and preserve your collection: https://t.co/XnZiastFBi

We are profoundly grateful to our partners, investors and community members for giving us the opportunity to be a part of the Web3 story. We believe that story is about the world waking up to the power of digital ownership, and while we are deeply saddened to see Nifty’s part in it come to an end, we can’t wait to see where the Web3 community takes things next.
