A judge lifted my no-contact order against my co-defendants in our Ridglan beagle rescue trial last week.
Now we can talk without losing our freedom.
Let’s keep fighting for theirs.
I’m now facing 31 years in prison — even more than before!
Prosecutors just added 3 more felony charges against me before my arraignment today.
All because I volunteered to save beagles from criminal abuse at Ridglan Farms.
Danette Colbert drugged men and stole their money.
Major scheme from New Orleans to Las Vegas.
Judge let her off easy with no jail time.
And now a man is dead.

I’m actually quite optimistic that we will get to the right outcome with continued effort. We will keep showing up and working with everyone to get there.
After reviewing the Senate Banking draft text over the last 48hrs, Coinbase unfortunately can’t support the bill as written.
There are too many issues, including:
- A defacto ban on tokenized equities
- DeFi prohibitions, giving the government unlimited access to your financial records and removing your right to privacy
- Erosion of the CFTC’s authority, stifling innovation and making it subservient to the SEC
- Draft amendments that would kill rewards on stablecoins, allowing banks to ban their competition
We appreciate all the hard work by members of the Senate to reach a bi-partisan outcome, but this version would be materially worse than the current status quo. We’d rather have no bill than a bad bill. Hopefully we can all get to a better draft.
We'll keep fighting for all Americans and for economic freedom. Crypto needs to be treated on a level playing field with the rest of financial services so we can build this industry in a safe and trusted way in America.

3 things that help habits stick:
1) Repetition. Habits form based on frequency, not time.
2) Stable context. If the context is always changing, so is the behavior. You need a reliable environment.
3) Positive emotions. If it feels good, you’ll want to repeat it.
Use the best idea you have right now. Claiming you need to 'learn more' or 'get your ducks in a row' is just a crutch that prevents you from starting. Education is a lifelong pursuit. You will always need to learn more. It's not a reason to wait.
When choosing a new habit many people seem to ask themselves, “What can I do on my best days?”
The trick is to ask, “What can I stick to even on my worst days?”
Start small. Master the art of showing up. Scale up when you have the time, energy, and interest.
