In a couple of years, I think every asset will be issued and traded onchain.

As we move through the ages of crypto, it has been proven that there are two undeniable values the technology uniquely enables: asset issuance and asset transfer.

With that proven, various productive financial (and non-financial!) instruments are onramping to blockchain to be traded, such as ETFs, equities, perpetuals, and event outcome predictions, all taking advantage of crypto's ability to create and transfer assets without a centralized entity.

Eventually, I think the initial view of crypto being its own asset or company class will look outdated, the same way there's no more "internet company." In other words, crypto will be the default infrastructure that lets all assets trade 24/7.

Things like tokenized stocks and ETF perpetuals on Hyperliquid are just the beginning.

And I want Surf AI to be there when this transition fully matures.

Tokenization is one of the best ways for countries to "raise money", or attract FDI (Foreign Direct Investment).

Which country/company won't want to sell their (tokenized) stocks to everyone in the world?

I support tokenization on all blockchains. While this creates the "fragmented liquidity" problem, it is the fastest way to grow the sector, with multiple players pushing.

Fragmentation can be somewhat addressed if there is high interchangeability amongst different issuers, which is important.
