Minister Liz Kimmins has provided an update on the A5 judgement and has said she will bring a recommendation to the Executive to appeal the judgement.
The Minister was speaking as she met with the Enough is Enough campaign.

Infrastructure Minister @LizKimminsSF has told reporters at Stormont it's her intention to appeal a High court ruling that the A5 cannot go ahead because it doesn't comply with the 2022 Climate Change Act. The Minister says she will need @niexecutive approval. #UTV

A5 Decision on Monday
The narrative of the A5 road is a harrowing and tragic one of death and injury. Families devastated by the out-workings of its construct. The families' hopes are that after the case decision on Monday, the new road can finally be given the go-ahead.
