It is not that simple. For example i have a case in the judiciary now heading to 2 months in which i sued the DCI for refusing to release my three phones and a laptop that they took from my office. The case has never received a mention date or any directions. The file ilikanyagiwa ikakua ignored to date. It is a rotten system. In short they have technically legalized robbery by police in that case.

Hello guys.I need your help again in calling out Tassia police station. A rape victim reached out to me yesterday about her case saying that there wasn’t any progress and she sees her perpetrator every other day. She was raped last month and reported the case to Tassia police station but they have since ignored it and forgotten about it. We went there today to inquire about the progress but the officer was trying to intimidate us in the beginning and he then started blaming the victim as to why she never followed up herself and why she didn’t confront the perpetrators when she saw them. He claimed that it’s her duty to investigate too and kept blaming her over and over. It’s perplexing how the very same people mandated to protect you are so unserious and treat such sensitive issues so underwhelmingly. This is the exact reason why victims, both women and men do not come out.

Tassia police station are not arresting the perpetrators who have been identified following the claims that they’re working with them. One of the perpetrators has a criminal record as well.

Nothing is working in this country. These people are all rotten to the core!!!!
