As someone who has managed people for a long time, show the fuck up on time each and every day, stay away from the “gossip girls” (males or females) that lurk in every organization, say good morning or hello to everyone (but especially your higher ups - don’t be a fucking psycho looking emo), and if you want to advance, learn what those people do and start dipping your toe in their world, practice their skills, develop a people management tool belt that has more in it than just a hammer (because managing people is always the hardest part of any role), keep your promises and commitments always, communicate effectively and get shit done. You’ll set yourself up for potential success in a better way!

Assuming what she says is even remotely true, outside of most mothers and ladies in love, majority of women are easy targets to vilify. Even women know this of each other! On the whole, they are duplicitous, fickle, moody, cliquey, weak leaders, terrible at making decisions and vulnerable to emotional delusion, to name a few.
