Dear Sir/Madam,
This is in reference to your mail wherein you have stated that my vehicle is currently at your workshop, parts are being arranged, and repair will begin once parts are available.
I strongly counter the said version for the following reasons:
*1. Deliberate Delay is Evident on Record:*
My vehicle was handed over to your workshop well in advance. Till date, no firm date for parts arrival, start of repair, or delivery has been given. Vague assurances like "as soon as possible" and "at the earliest" without any timeline itself proves lack of seriousness and deliberate delay.
*2. If Parts Are Not Available, Why Was Such a Long List Given?*
You had prepared a detailed Proforma / Estimate of Rs. 69,274/- with a long list of items - HVAC Assy, Airbag Unit, All Mounts, Handling Charges, etc. vide Job Card No. JC-TecVia-FQ7-2627-003672.
If all the parts were not available with you, on what basis was such a long list prepared and such a huge estimate given to me? Either the parts were available and work was intentionally not started, or the estimate was prepared without verification. Both situations point towards negligence and deliberate delay.
*3. Why Was the Car Not Made Ready With Essential Items?*
Even if some parts were unavailable, the essential items which were to be replaced and which were available could have been replaced and the car could have been made roadworthy in stages. No effort was made to carry out the available essential work, to inform me item-wise what is pending, and to take my consent for phased repair. Keeping the entire vehicle idle for want of a few parts is not a justified practice.
*4. Mental Harassment and Loss:*
Due to this inaction, I am suffering daily conveyance loss, mental harassment, and loss of faith in after-sales service, despite being a loyal customer of the TATA brand.

Worst service provider Tata motors
I am expressing my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding the after-sales service of Tata Motors.
I, Ms. Bulbul, owner of Tata Altroz had given my car for repair at M/s Riya Auto Bopal ambli . It has been *38 days*, but till date neither the repair work has been completed nor have I received any satisfactory response from your team.
I have repeatedly followed up with the following officials:
1. Mr. Pratik Sharma- General Manager
2. Ms. Divya Faldu -Customer Relationship Manager
3. Mr. Nimesh Prajapati - Senior Manager (Service)
Despite multiple calls and visits, no concrete solution or timeline has been provided. As a government employee, my family car is essential for day-to-day work, and this delay is causing immense inconvenience and mental harassment to my entire family.
I was a proud Tata customer, but this experience has completely shattered my trust. I have a wide circle of colleagues and friends who frequently purchase vehicles, and based on this experience, I will not be able to recommend Tata Motors in the future.
I request you to kindly intervene on priority and ensure:
1. My car repair is completed immediately with a confirmed delivery date.
2. A proper explanation for this 38-day delay.
3. Compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
Please treat this as most urgent. If the issue is not resolved within 48 hours, I will be compelled to escalate this to the National Consumer Helpline and social media platforms.
