What a great run! These boys played hard but fell in the state championship today to a very talented Greenville Tar Heel team. Good luck to them in the regional tournament in Warner Robbins

***GAME TIME ALERT- - tomorrow’s double header starts with game 1 at 11AM in Wilson and game 2 (if necessary) to follow around 1PM. Bull City needs to win game 1 to force game 2.

In convincing fashion, the 10-12 team dispatched East Chatham LL in just over an hour 16-1. Will play Tar Heel LL tomorrow for the state championship. It is scheduled as a double header if necessary. The boys need to win twice.

Both the 11’s baseball and softball were defeated in their respective games tonight and have been eliminated from their tournaments. Both teams represented well. We are very proud of their accomplishments and look forward to watching these ball players compete again next year!

12’s defeat Lake Norman 3-0 scoring 3 runs in the bottom of the 5th! They will
have a rematch against E. Chatham tomorrow at 6PM! Winner will face Tar Heel for the state championship on Thursday.

Tough losses today for our baseball and softball teams in their state tournaments. Our 12’s baseball lost 6-5 due to late inning heroics from E Chatham and our Durham softball lost 11-0 to a tough Rowan team. Back at it tomorrow for our baseball teams and Tuesday for softball!

The girls joined the boys by winning their game. 3-2 in a walk-off. Our teams went 3-0 in the state tournament today! Keep it up teams!
