-benefits of prioritizing lagging muscles in beginning of the workout vs end (if any) and can you add extra days with light volume in a push pull legs routine let’s say
-heart rate and body temperature vs metabolic rate? Are they correlated
-vitamins and minerals from pills/gummy’s etc vs foods/“whole foods” does it make a difference?
-spot fat removal now that there was 1 study (paul Rivera did a video on it in the past) showing targeted exercise did make a difference
-strength loss in cut, what’s losing muscle vs what’s just leverage… what are good goals based on pounds to lose and experience
