I'm an American who doesn't vote. You can't bribe me with $5,000 because my decision is based on foundational principles.

I'll happily take the check, though.

$5,000 to 245,000,000 adults is $1,225,000,000,000 that doesn't exist yet. The last time Washington mailed out $814,000,000,000 in checks, prices rose 9.1% and everyone paid the money back at the grocery store.

So here's my plan. The day it lands, it becomes bitcoin. They've taken a cut of every paycheck I've ever earned. I'll gladly take some of it back in their paper and turn it into money nobody can print more of.

Their dividend is a dilution. Mine will be transmuted into a fixed supply.
