Tons of people also hang out away from the beaches and like to drink, bbq, and jump right in off the concrete breakers. Can’t drink publicly as easy on the beaches
@PBInvesting My largest benefit from college was not the degree but the life experiences and relationships it afforded me.
I’m about 12 years out and nobody cares what degree or grades I get. They care about the man I’ve become.

When I first graduated, I wish I was more aggressive about home ownership.
However in my 20s the flexibility of moving and renting was nice
@WatcherGuru I think people in the comments forget that the stock market is forward looking (i.e. based on Forward Guidance). Companies are reporting strong earnings (Biden) and weak forward guidance (Trump)
