⏺️ Playing 100+ Baseball Games a Year At Age 13
So many are quick to say a 400m runner has to get stronger if they not finishing well in their last 100.
That is the last thought a coach should think.
Get their 200m time down & improve their speed

Last year times are not this year times. The results that you will reap this year will be reflective of the commitment,intention, and consistency that you have exhibited in this offseason.
🗣️Never think that you can cut corners in Track & Field.
For those who were missing practice, skipping workouts, and just doing the minimum it’s almost time to show what that looks like on the track. This sport will expose you quickly.
I never missed a track practice in college I would feel guilty if I did.
I was a dog I wanted to beat everyone.
I wanted to be the greatest of all time so missing a practice or being late was a no go for me!!
Athletes today don't even care about missing practice its crazy!!!
Chapter 40 & retired , a new phase of life . As I say good bye to the sport , I’d like to say thank you to all my loyal fans that stood by me my entire career and even now . I am also thankful for the opportunities the sport has given me . It’s been great & a-lot more to come
