@MageSiren -She smiled softly-
"I'll know. I'll certainly know when I know and knowing when the time is right is key to knowing when I'll know, you know?"
@MageSiren "...That's why I can say with certainty that running doesn't help. I feel..free, not constricted, and that feeling is so addictive, but.. the problems that made me leave are still there and will still be there when I return, true. So now I'm just..resting."
@MageSiren -There was a few more hushed words, in a half bicker-
"...I really want to say 'hey, yeah you should', buuut.. Instead, I'm going say.. don't run like I am. The problems just get bigger when you turn your back on them. Acceptance is one step, but hiding and running counters it."
@MageSiren "...You're always so..confident and collected. And I guess I'm like that too, but.. I really never had any idea, Marie. I'm sorry if my sudden leaving was..upsetting to you, last year.. I didn't even think about it. I just left."
@MageSiren "I wasn't expecting you to throw a temper tantrum in your mid-life crisis 'oh no, what will I ever do without my dear Julia' either!! You of all people, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't shocked. ...Oi, oi, I'm supposed to stop bullying you, damn it.."
@MageSiren "And don't go catatonic just cos I ain't gonna be here for ya to carry me on your shoulders like no damned kid anymore! I'm not a child, and you're too young to be having a mid-life crisis. Accept what comes and goes with open arms. I mean, what else /can/ we do?"
@MageSiren "..Well, it's going to have to eventually. It's inevitable that I'm going to leave again, and you'll have to..take care of someone else. I can't, and I won't, be here when that is. I'm just getting my bearings, after all."
